We are a renowned English-speaking international school, following British programs, located in the heart of Rzeszów. We are currently looking for a School Counselor to join our team at the start of the 2026/2027 academic year, beginning on August 18th, 2026. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting students’ academic, social, and emotional development. You will work closely with teachers, students, and parents to monitor progress, provide guidance, and implement interventions that foster academic success and personal growth. You will also contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive school environment.
We are looking for a professional with strong knowledge of pedagogy and counseling strategies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in an international setting. Experience in international schools or with diverse student populations is a plus.

Qualifications
- Degree in Education, Pedagogy, Counseling, or a related field
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written (required)
- Proven experience working as a school counselor, educational support specialist, or in a similar role
-Experience in an international or multicultural school environment (a plus)
